1. General Refund Terms

All deposits made to SMM ZENX wallet balances are final. However, if an order fails or cannot be delivered by our server network, the spent funds are automatically refunded back to your SMM ZENX wallet balance.

2. Cancellation & Partial Refunds

In-progress orders that can only be partially completed will receive an automatic partial refund for the undelivered portion directly to your wallet balance.

3. Support Tickets

If you experience any issue with an order or deposit, please open a support ticket under your user dashboard for quick resolution by our team.
